Find answers to common questions about Woven Word Care services, coverage, and how to get started.
Woven Word Care is built to remove the biggest frustrations in healthcare: long wait times, high costs, and the hassle of taking time off work just to see a doctor. Members can access care quickly from anywhere, without sitting in waiting rooms or rearranging their schedules.
Unlike most telehealth platforms that only handle one-time urgent issues, Woven Word Care offers a more complete solution. In addition to virtual urgent care, we also provide virtual primary care, mental health services, and access to additional specialty care options, all in one platform. This allows individuals to manage both immediate and ongoing health needs in a single, convenient place.
For employers and group leaders, Woven Word Care offers a cost-effective way to support health and productivity. Our technology and provider network allow us to deliver high-quality care at a significantly lower cost than traditional healthcare and many other virtual care options. Employees and members get faster access to care, fewer missed workdays, and a simpler healthcare experience overall.
Woven Word Care was founded on Christian values, with a focus on compassion, integrity, and caring for people as a whole. At a time when healthcare costs continue to rise and access feels increasingly out of reach, our goal is to offer high-quality care that puts people first. We believe healthcare should be accessible, affordable, and delivered with respect and dignity for every individual.
