The patients' records are updated and prescriptions are waiting at the pharmacy.

Confirmations
The appointment will be confirmed by all parties and the patient will receive reminders up to the appointment date and time.

The provider will visit, via phone or video, with the patient and walk them through any concerns or issues they may have.
Followups
The provider may schedule a followup, order labs/bloodwork, refer patient to a specialist or refill medications.
